It is designed by the head coaches and allows the athletes to progress while maintaining and improving their current level. At CrossFit 1971, we will be starting a new programme on the 1st of August, meaning that our current RM will be tested the week of the 24th of July. What does this mean for us, do we need to come prepared and how will we be able to track our numbers as we go?
