After years of hearing great things about CrossFit training, a friend finally convinced me to join a CrossFit gym. I’ve been going to Gym 1971 for about 6 months now and it has been a life changing experience for me. Not only is a well-equipped facility, but it has super friendly and welcoming members and coaches. Couldn’t be happier, having found a new way of training and an amazing community to be part of!

Olympic Weightlifting

Aerobic Body Building
